Our Programs

Our Programs

We offer a variety of meditation programs, including guided meditations, workshops, and retreats. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced meditator, we have a program that will help you deepen your practice and achieve your goals.

What to expect when you visit

Our Location

The Meditation Studio is located inside The Church in Silver Lake. We have no affiliation with the church, they are an open and affirming church that welcomes our studio into their community.  The entrance is through the main doors, and we are located on the 2nd floor. We ask that you take off your shoes prior to entering the studio. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to find your seat and/or grab a cup of tea prior to meditation.

Our Approach

We believe that meditation is a personal practice that should be tailored to your unique needs and preferences. That's why we offer a variety of way to sit, on a traditional cushion, bench or chair. Most of our meditations consist of a silent 20-minute sit, 10 min walk, & 20 min sit. This may differ by the teacher/participant needs.

If you are new to meditation or would like a refresher, we offer free meditation instructions every Sunday at 9:15am.

Curious about the different types of Buddhish?

That is what this half-day is dedicated to. Learn the origins of Buddhism and the difference between the different traditions from Tibetan, Zen and Theravadan. See if one of them speaks to you and find out where in Northeast Ohio you can practice with teachers skilled in the tradition.

Registration

Meditation is not a means to an end. It is both the means and the end.
